Yes! We are currently serving clients all over the US. We provide all our services remotely using several secure cloud-based platforms. Although we are based in Florida, we have clients all across North America.

The first thing is to Schedule a Free Bookkeeping Consultation. During that call we will let you know exactly what we need from you to get started with your services. Common documents needed are: Articles of Organization/Incorporation, EIN Number, Business Bank Statements, Loans Statements/Balances & any financial statements.


Remote Online Notarization (RON) is a process that enables individuals to complete a notarization remotely through an electronic device and secure internet connection, offering a convenient and efficient alternative to in-person notarization.


Identification: The signer must provide valid unexpired united states identification card showing proof of identity. This can include a drivers license, US passport, or state identification card. Permanent resident card and military ID is currently not accepted.

 Electronic Device: Smartphone or a laptop computer is required to complete a remote online notarization. The signers electronic device will need audio/video capabilities to meet with the notary online in the RON platform. This is a state required regulation.


U.S Business: As a responsible notary service provider, we have strict policies in place to ensure that we only notarize documents that are of US businesses only. We understand the importance of authenticity and credibility of a document and provide notarization services that are in line with the laws and regulations of the United States.  


Internet Connection:  A reliable and secure internet connection is essential for a smooth remote online notary appointment. Make sure to have a strong and stable connection before your appointment to avoid any technical issues. We highly suggest the use of Google Chrome internet browser for best results.

  3. Preparing the Document: Before your appointment, make sure that the document you need to have notarized is properly formatted and ready to be signed. The notary will not be able to make any changes to the document during the appointment.
  4. On-Time Arrival: Please make sure to arrive on time for your appointment. Being late may result in rescheduling, which can cause delays and inconvenience.
  5. Proper Identification: You will be required to provide valid identification during the appointment. Please make sure to have a government-issued ID, such as a driver's license or passport, ready to show to the notary.
